Help & FAQ

What is Ai-Neut?

A journal and a family organizer. It opens on what's going right at home, with the calendar, check-ins, and house standards on the Porch. See Features.

Is it free?

Ai-Neut is free, with an optional Helping Hand upgrade. Helping Hand is an optional upgrade for the AI helper and voices: $36 a year, with $5 top-offs. Renewal and cancellation terms are shown before you pay. See Pricing.

Do I need an account to look around?

No. You can open the app and look around without creating an account.

Is my family's information private?

Ai-Neut is built to be private: no public profiles, no ads, no selling data, and nothing sends itself. Most things stay on your device. See our Privacy Policy.

Who is Ai-Neut for? Can my kids use it?

Families: parents, teens, and kids. Adults can use everything. Teens (13–17) can sign up and use Ai-Neut on their own, with no adult rooms and private defaults. Kids under 13 join through a parent: the parent adds the child in Family, gives consent, and links the child's phone with a one-time code. Kids don't sign in, don't use the AI, and can't buy anything. (Family profiles are rolling out in the next app update.) See Safety and Children's privacy.

Does Ai-Neut have ads?

No. There are no ads in Ai-Neut, for anyone, and no ad tracking. We don't sell data.

How does the chore points shop work?

A parent turns on chore points, decides what each chore is worth, and writes in the rewards (like "pick the movie"). Kids earn points by checking off chores and ask to redeem them, and a parent approves. Points have no cash value, and nothing costs real money.

Can a parent see or delete a child's data?

Yes. In Family, tap the child to review or delete their profile and data, or email us. A linked parent can see a teen's shared family items, but never the teen's private journal. See Delete account.

What devices does it work on?

Any modern web browser on a phone, tablet, or computer today. An Android app on Google Play is coming soon.

Does Ai-Neut sync with Google Calendar, Outlook, or Apple Calendar?

Yes. Paste any calendar link (ICS or webcal) from Google, Outlook, Apple iCloud, or Yahoo in Calendar settings. Direct Google and Outlook sign-in is rolling out as a beta. Subscribed calendars are view-only in Ai-Neut. See Shared family calendar.

Can I see my child's D2L, Canvas, or Blackboard assignments?

If the school gives your student a calendar link, paste it under School or other link. Quizzes, exams, and assignments show in the Due view, grouped by day. See School due dates calendar, or the step-by-step D2L Brightspace calendar guide.

Is Ai-Neut a co-parenting app?

It works well for co-parents: one shared calendar for both homes, ride swaps, and calmer message drafts. It isn't a court tool or legal record. See Co-parenting calendar.

How is Ai-Neut different from Cozi?

Ai-Neut pairs the family calendar with a private family journal and a Due view for school deadlines, and shows no ads. Cozi is strong on recipes, meal planning, and shopping lists. See our honest comparison.

How do I delete my account or data?

See Delete account.

Is Ai-Neut therapy or medical care?

No. Ai-Neut is not therapy, counseling, medical care, or legal advice, and it is not an emergency service. Nobody monitors what you write. In an emergency, call 911. In a mental-health crisis, call or text 988 (US). See section 1 of our Terms.
