A shared family calendar that brings every calendar together
Ai-Neut puts the family's week in one place: rides, practices, birthdays, school deadlines, and the work calendar you already keep. Everyone's phone sees the same plan.
Open the family calendar Google Play — coming soon
One plan for the house
- Month, Week, Day, Agenda, and Due views
- Repeating events: daily or weekly, with “just this one,” “this and following,” or “all” when you edit or delete
- Who drives, who cooks, whose turn it is
- Family phones stay in sync with a one-time family key. No public profiles
Bring the calendars you already have
- Paste any calendar link (ICS or webcal): Google, Outlook, Apple iCloud, Yahoo, a sports team, or a school
- School systems such as D2L Brightspace, Canvas, and Blackboard work through their calendar links
- Direct sign-in for Google Calendar and Outlook / Microsoft 365 is rolling out (beta)
- Subscribed calendars are view-only in Ai-Neut, so nothing changes at the source by accident
Take it back out, too
- “Add Ai-Neut to my phone calendar” makes a private webcal link for iPhone or Android
- Reset the link anytime if it gets passed around
- Birthdays from the family list show on the calendar every year
Works on the phones your family already has
Ai-Neut runs in any modern browser on iPhone, Android, tablets, and computers today, and an Android app on Google Play is on the way. The family calendar is part of the free core. Helping Hand is an optional upgrade for the AI helper and voices. See Pricing.
Questions about the family calendar
Does Ai-Neut sync with Google Calendar?
Yes. You can paste your Google Calendar's secret iCal address today. A direct “Connect Google” sign-in is rolling out as a beta. Events and sign-in tokens stay on your device. See the Privacy Policy.
Does it work with Outlook and Apple Calendar?
Yes, through calendar links: publish an Outlook calendar and paste its ICS link, or share an iCloud calendar as a Public Calendar and paste the webcal link. Apple links are view-only and refresh every few hours. Outlook sign-in is on the way.
Can my co-parent or grandparent see it?
Yes. Link their phone with your family key and they see the shared plan. Your private journal stays on your own phone.
