Got a question, an idea, or something that isn't working right? We'd love to hear from you. Ai-Neut is a small, family-run project, and real people read every note.
What to write to us about
- Feedback: what you like, what feels clunky
- Bugs: what you tapped, what you expected, and what happened. Your phone or browser helps too
- Ideas: features your family would actually use
- Account and privacy: questions about your data, or a request to see or delete it
- Parents: anything about your child's account, including reviewing, changing, or deleting their information
From inside the app
In Ai-Neut, open Settings > Contact us / Send feedback (it's also in the house menu). Pick a topic, write your message, and send. You can choose to include basic app info, like the app version and browser, which helps us fix bugs faster. It never includes your journal or calendar.
Contact in the app is for adults and teens. Kids' phones don't have it, so parents can reach us here for them.
